General Introduction and Applicability

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 33 bet, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

Account Security and Password

Each member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Login credentials — username and password — must not be shared with any third party.

5.1 Password Protection

Your password should be strong enough — at least eight characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. It is advised not to use the same password on any other site.

5.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 33 bet support team immediately. The member remains responsible for all activity — authorised or unauthorised — until 33 bet formally closes the account.

5.3 Account Sharing

No account may be used by more than one person. If account sharing is found, 33 bet may suspend that account.

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

6.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 33 bet are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 33 bet are provided under specific terms. Accepting a bonus means fully agreeing to the associated conditions.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

7.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Earnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a set time after receiving the bonus; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• 33 bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is found to have been used in an inconsistent or fraudulent manner, that bonus and any associated earnings will be forfeited.

Betting and Game Rules

8.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the member's own responsibility to verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet process is disrupted due to server outages, network issues, or software errors, 33 bet will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 33 bet reserves the right to correct or void any incorrect payout or winning amount displayed due to a technical error.

8.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets will be settled based on official results. For abandoned, suspended, or voided events, 33 bet's decision is final. If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, the remaining selections will be used to recalculate the bet.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33 bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Misusing bonus benefits or conducting activity with the aim of bonus hunting.
• Placing bets through any automated software, bot, or script.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Communicating or colluding fraudulently with other members to place bets.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 33 bet may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances and winnings.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

33 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any section of these Terms is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time.
• If suspicious or unusual financial activity is detected on the account.
• Due to any legal investigation or order.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they can contact 33 bet via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. The relevant member will be notified in advance.

Limitation of Liability

33 bet accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, third-party software issues, or faults with the user's own device.
• Financial losses arising from delays or failures in bet processing due to technical reasons.
• Issues caused by errors or changes in a third-party game provider's software.
• Financial, personal, or social harm resulting from gambling.
